If you are dissatisfied with a product you can proceed with a straightforward return or exchange policy.
You have 14 days from  the day that you received your order and sent them back to us. Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return.

Orders past 14 days will not be accepted.

 

Return Instructions
1. Email us at pipiland.online@gmail.com stating your order number and the products you would like to return. Please include your contact details in the event we need to contact you for additional information. In case that the item is a gift, please mention it on your email.
2. Once your email is received and your  return request is confirmed, we will forward you an email informing on how to return the products.
3. There is no return fee involved.

Refunds
Will refund the amount for the items returned less the shipping fee charged.
Once your return is received, it will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Gift Return
If you are returning an item you received as a gift, kindly send us an email at pipiland.online@gmail.com and we will advise you how to return the gift product. As soon as the gift return, a Gift Voucher of the same value will be send to you to be used for other products or future purchases through our website. Gift returns cannot be exchanged for money.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the Refund Instructions outlined above.
